BIANNA GOLODRYGA, CNBC ANCHOR: The U.S. is wrapped up in retail following Black Friday and the official start to the holiday shopping season. But Wal-Mart (WMT) is not feeling the holiday cheer -- or is it? Steve Previs of Jefferies International joins us with a look ahead to the trading today.

GOLODRYGA: You are actually paying attention to the Bharti deal as opposed to the weaker sales that we have seen out of Wal-Mart.
PREVIS: Well, it is a bull market, isn`t it? And everybody is focusing on the good news. The bad news is Wal-Mart`s sales are slowing. The good news is, they have done a deal right under Tesco`s nose with Bharti Group in India and they have been entry into a potentially massive, massive market.
