LIZ CLAMAN, CNBC ANCHOR: It`s a critical time for Microsoft. The company`s Vista operating system will be first available to business customers starting Thursday. Microsoft is counting on Visa along with several other product launches this month to give its stock price a boost. Microsoft`s shares surging more than 37 percent since June alone in anticipation of the Vista launch. However, the stock is up just 6 percent in the 52-week timeframe.
