BEIJING, Nov 28 Asia Pulse - Figures released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) showed that R&D funds in China's large and mid-size enterprises ended the declining trend in 2005 with the proportion of R&D funds in the main operating revenue growing to 0.76 per cent from 0.71 per cent in 2004.
