NANTES, Nov 27 /PRNewswire-AsiaNet/ - Atmel(R) Corporation (Nasdaq: ATML) announced today the AT89C51RE2, a new 8O51-based microcontroller with 128 Kbytes of Flash program memory.
The device is an addition to the existing 16-, 32-, and 64-Kbyte 8O51 Flash family of AT89C51RB2/RC2/RD2/ED2 microcontrollers which have become an industry standard.
