SYDNEY, Nov 29 Asia Pulse - Property developer Mirvac Group Ltd (ASX:MGR) plans to buy a portfolio of properties and businesses from Walker Corporation Pty Ltd for $A1.124 billion ($US879.59 million).
The company said the assets are expected to be earnings accretive from fiscal 2008, and reaffirmed its earnings guidance for fiscal 2007.
