SYDNEY, April 20 Asia Pulse - Southern Cross Airports Corporation Holdings, the manager of Sydney Airport, today said third quarter earnings rose on the back of strong passenger traffic through the airport.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA), excluding one-off expenses, was $A129.60 million ($US99.51 million) in the three months to March 31, 2005, up 16.3 per cent from the previous corresponding quarter.
