KUALA LUMPUR, Thurs. - Guests to the Sri Lankan "Rebuilding Lives" fund- raising dinner on Dec 5 will have a cultural treat flown in from Sri Lanka - folk and mask dancing by a 12-member traditional dance troupe.
The event, jointly organised by the Sri Lankan High Commission and the Malaysia Sri Lanka Charity Network, will also feature a fashion show.
Performances at the fund-raising dinner will be co-sponsored by Malaysia Airlines.
Proceeds from the event will go towards the reconstruction of the Sri Lankan village of Deniyaya, which was severely damaged by the worst flood on the island in the …
