That's Ray Jasica's pet name for Tallahassee, home to a Legislature that he says wants to replace public education with private schools.
Talla-hoo-hoo is the main reason that Jasica, chairman of the Charlotte County School Board, is running for re-election in September.
"Tallahassee is winning and I can't stand to lose," Jasica said.
