PAT KIERNAN, CNNfn ANCHOR, THE BIZ: I guess you`ll have to see the movie to find out what kind of trouble it is. Gitesh Pandya is back with us now to give us some of the numbers. He`s editor of BoxOfficeGuru.com, joining us now with his predictions for the weekend.
GITESH PANDYA, EDITOR, BOXOFFICEGURU.COM: Good to see you, Pat.
KIERNAN: See, I always think with a Disney movie, Disney could open any move and be big if it`s two weeks before Christmas.
PANDYA: Well, definitely. I mean holiday season, Disney is number one all the time. So they often have big Thanksgiving family films, which open up at number one. This year they have "The Haunted Mansion," Eddie Murphy. It`s a family comedy. He and his family get into a haunted house and they`re spooked for an hour and a half.
This film is opening in about 3,100 theaters. It opened on Wednesday, which all holiday movies over Thanksgiving do. It grossed about $4.5 million, which is a close second place, actually, to "Cat in the Hat" which grossed $5 million on Wednesday. So the two of them will fight it out over...
