A federal judge recently sentenced the final four of seven coaches and an AD to serve time for crimes in an athletics scandal at Barton County Community College in Kansas.
The federal investigation of financial aid and academic fraud in the athletics department also led to the firing of the school's president. "This is something everybody knew was going on at Barton County Community College--and nobody put a stop to it," said U.S. District Judge Monti Belot.
