Causeway Technologies Announces Acquisition of Specnet 2000 Limited.

CAUSEWAY TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (the "Company") (NQB-EQS: CAUS) is pleased to announce that contracts have been exchanged for the acquisition of Specnet 2000 Limited -- a company based in London.

Causeway Technologies, an established leader in construction industry specific software has a current client base of over 7,000, handling nearly 10% of the UK's construction output. It is leveraging its considerable knowledge of the $3 trillion global building and construction industry to develop the definitive e-marketplace and collaboration services for the sector.

Major client and projects currently using Causeway Technologies software solutions include Transco, The Highways Agency and Railtrack.

Causeway Technologies has already developed an e-commerce procurement solution in collaboration with four of its major UK customers who in total spend in excess of 1 billion pound sterling per annum in the UK construction industry. Causeway Technologies will harness the potential of e-commerce, with the newly launched e-marketplace www.buildingwork.com web platform to offer even more effective solutions for its customers on-line. The acquisition of Specnet is designed to integrate seamlessly with www.buildingwork.com and provide significant additional capabilities to the Causeway Technologies offering.
