CMS Energy Names Ken Emery Senior V-P, Information Technology, Corporate Services and Chief Information Officer.
DEARBORN, Mich., May 30 /PRNewswire/ --
CMS Energy Corporation (NYSE: CMS) today announced Kenneth C. Emery has been elected to the new position of senior vice president, information technology, corporate services and chief information officer for its diversified business unit, CMS Enterprises, and its principal subsidiary, Consumers Energy.
In his new position, Mr. Emery, 53, is responsible for managing information systems and technology, purchasing, environmental and laboratory services, fleet, metering technology, real estate, customer service call centers, and marketing. He was previously vice president and chief information officer of CMS Enterprises and vice president, information technology and operations services for Consumers Energy.
