It might seem like piling one matchstick on top of another, but it's a start for the Devil Rays.

For only the fourth time this season, Tampa Bay stretched a winning streak to two games, following a 4-3 nail-biter over the Toronto Blue Jays on Friday before a vocal crowd of 17,532 at Tropicana Field.

It comes on the heels of a combined effort by Steve Trachsel and Albie Lopez, who blanked the World Champion Yankees 1-0 Thursday night in New York .
