EARLIER THIS year at an awards ceremony at the Savoy hotel, London, Driver Hire was named British Franchisor of the Year by the British Franchise Association (bfa), against stiff international competition.

The theme for the award was 'Planning for Success'--with franchisors having to demonstrate to the judging panel how they are advising, developing and monitoring the role of business planning within their franchise network--and Driver Hire has certainly proved this is part of its ethos.
