NetWolves Corporation Hires VP of Sales for North America.

NetWolves Corporation (NASDAQ: WOLV), an Internet Access Device and firewall software developer, is continuing its aggressive growth strategy by naming Donald C. Kirkendall Vice President of Sales for North America. Mr. Kirkendall joined NetWolves Corporation's subsidiary, NetWolves Technologies, in Tampa, Florida on April 3, 2000 and is responsible for implementing an aggressive sales offensive for NetWolves Technologies' FoxBox(tm) firewall and Internet Access Device product lines.

Mr. Kirkendall was most recently Vice President of Sales and Marketing with a software technology company that has enterprise solutions in time and employee management systems. Mr. Kirkendall was responsible for global sales, marketing, distribution and reseller channels. He has held senior sales and sales management positions with CompuCom, Syntrex, and Wang Laboratories, and is a Certified Business Counselor with an MBA degree from NOVA University.
