High Power Leads Sony's Line Of 2000 Telephones.

Responding to today's digital lifestyles, Sony is introducing its 2000 line of feature-rich telephones designed for added convenience and ease-of-use for both residential and small office applications.

High Power Digital Spread Spectrum Lineup
For consumers who need a cordless telephone with extended range, optimum privacy and sound quality with interference reduction, Sony is continuing its High Power line with the introduction of the SPP-A9276, SPP-S9226 and SPP-A9171.
Both the SPP-A9276 and SPP-S9226 offer the "Two-phones-in-one" benefit with a full-featured corded base unit and cordless handset with remote charger allowing users to receive calls from the handset or the base.
"The remote charger allows convenient charging of the phone and can be placed anywhere there's an AC outlet," said Tim Baxter, vice president of telecommunications marketing at Sony. "This allows you to permanently place the handset and charging cradle anywhere in the house without being tied to a phone jack."
