Four employees have been named vice president, and one a branch manager of Citizens Bank. Those employees are Jeffrey J. Kolarik, Patricia M. Roberts, Thilo a. Vollrath, John J. Battista, and Michael N. Felicetti, respectively.

Kolarik has been named vice president of operations administration. He was previously vice president of items processing for Fleet Financial Group in Malden, Massachusetts. He is now a resident of Warwick. He received a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Rhode Island.

Roberts has been named vice president of Citizens Service Group. She was previously corporate accounting operations manager for Fleet …
