Ten Albuquerque schools will share more than $250,000 for their improved standardized test scores.
The state Department of Education announced Wednesday that the schools were among 108 statewide that will receive a total $1.8 million in incentive award money for improvements from 2000-2001 to 2001-2002.
The Albuquerque schools are: Acoma Elementary $19,663; Apache Elementary $18,557; Comanche Elementary $23,601; Corrales Elementary $26,964; Griegos Elementary $16,743; Kit Carson Elementary $32,318; Mission Avenue Elementary $21,920; Sierra Vista Elementary $37,982; Zia Elementary $22,849; and Garfield Middle $30,238.…
