Have you ever had lousy service at a hotel and really wanted to complain? What about on a flight - lost baggage, cramped seating, the wrong kind of food, late arrival? Took your wife or significant other out to be wined and dined and the service was bad and the food worse? You really wanted to complain - didn't you?

But did you - I don't think so. You got back home and even though you swore you would complain - reality set in. You were way to busy to follow through and you never did get around to complaining. You wish you did - but you just could not find the time to deal with it. How to complain, what to write, who to write to, etc. It is just too hard and way too frustrating.

Why are we discussing this in an Enable column? Simple. Entrepreneurs and key personnel in startups have very little free time and when we do have some - we do not want to waste it trying to figure out how to complain about lousy service, food, flights, shoddy products etc.

Now there is help for those of us who wish to complain but never had the time to do so. A site called Planetfeedback.com does all the work for you and you can get that complaint off your chest - and into the hands of someone who should be able to do something about, quickly and easily.

The purpose of this Enable is to help you get your complaint out of your system so you can focus on growing your company. Planetfeedback is the perfect place for you to do so.
