Poor road networks around the Southern African region has been one of the impediments to investment, but newly introduced technology may ease the problems in cross-border trade.
The Con-Aid chemical soil stabiliser, manufactured by a South African firm, Con-Aid International Private Limited was presented to the road construction sector in Lilongwe, Malawi's capital, this month. Zambia was also represented.
