Dave Holland Quintet: Not for Nothin' (ECM 1758 CD 314 014-004-2)

Master bassist Dave Holland has been playing with this same group (Chris Potter on saxophones, Robin Eubanks on trombone, Steve Nelson on vibes and marimba, and Billy Kilson on drums) for several years now, and with each new ECM release their music seems to get simultaneously tighter and more rewarding. There is good variety in the music (Holland contributes five cuts, the other band members each contribute one), with a variety of rhythms and time signatures.
