It is outrageous and insulting that the name of Australia's best-known and most prolifically creative genius, viz. me, was not included--indeed, did not lead--the list of "artists and intellectuals" cited by your correspondent. Surely even a blinkered cretin, which is what I take your correspondent to be, would be aware of my polymathic contributions to our culture--as broadcaster, media guru, founding parent of the great Australian film industry, self-promoter, socialist thinker and advertising mastermind.
