Abstract
Faculty are implementing instructional technology into their higher education classrooms at an exponential rate. With this increase comes the need for models of evaluation aimed at measuring quality implementation. The authors consider the issue of identifying and articulating quality implementation of instructional technology within the following framework: all students' opportunities for increased access to both their instructors and their course materials; the impact that using the technology has on student motivation, ability to learn, and satisfaction with the course; the administrative support made available; and the cost effectiveness of using ...
