Abstract
Graduate learners receiving their degree training in applied psychology online learn not only information from their studies, but also critical interpersonal strategies for interacting with colleagues, peers, and clients. This article emphasizes the importance of using a critically reflective stance in online teaching in order to better engage and evaluate these learners on both of these important aspects of their training. Additionally, specific target behaviors for training and assessment of online graduate learners in applied psychology are suggested.
