Abstract
In most evaluation studies, the question in focus concerns the comparative effectiveness of various types of web based learning systems to traditional ones rather than the innovation of the delivery model itself and the factors, which may contribute to its effectiveness. With this paper we are presenting an evaluation study which follows a specific summative evaluation method attempting to define clearly why the evaluation is being performed, what is being evaluated, when it will be performed, how it will be performed, and what was learned.
