The Fabulous Jeff Beck CM Fender Givea way winner has been announced much to the happiness of 39-year-old Kemptville, ON resident, Stephen Hibberd. A long time musician, Hibberd plays both guitar and drums and recently released an acoustic CD called Tales from the Trail with his brother under the name Radiation Ranch.
