No matter what her friends bring to school in the future, Amy Davison can rest assured that nobody else's show-and-tell contribution will be bigger than hers. Dad Michael Davison arranged for a bright-yellow Volvo FH12.420 to spend the day in the playground at Shelf Junior and Infants School in Shelf, Halifax in June.

But this wasn't simply to impress or entertain Amy's schoolfriends; Michael's aim was to give the children a larger-than-life lesson …
