Good news for major candy makers Hershey Foods Corp. and Mars Inc., who saw their consumer satisfaction scores rise in a major survey of branded products. Claus Fornell, a University of Michigan professor who heads the survey project know as the American Customer Satisfaction Index, said the gains may be indirectly related to economic turmoil.
