A Soweto man was found dead outside a tavern in Soshanguve, north of Pretoria, on Saturday, Inspector Piletji Sebola said. He said patrons at the tavern went to investigate after they heard two gunshots. When they arrived around 4am, they found the body of Dipuo Joseph Mfolo, 46, lying outside the pub. Mfolo had a gun wound to the neck. The motive for the killing was not known. Meanwhile, a passer-by came across the body of a man in a veld in Laudium, west of Pretoria, around 11.30am on Saturday.
