Asking our readers to pick the NFL's best receiver this year resulted in about as much consensus as a Congressional debate on the budget. But here are some nominations.
"Hands down, it is David Boston," writes Tim Syrek of Kalamazoo, Mich. "His team does very little on offense, and he has been a stud. Taking nothing away from the other players--they are all great--Boston has done more with less."
Larry Cruse of Orlando, Fla., is sticking with a veteran.
"Every year there is a new flavor of the month, usually a loudmouth, brash punk who wants to tell the world how good he is, only to pout like a little girl when he is asked to block," Cruse writes. "And every year there is one guy who can be counted on, no matter what offensive system he is playing in, no matter what coach he's playing for, no matter what quarterback is throwing him the ball: Tim Brown."
