Being a fan of the Mid-American Conference, I was disappointed to see Terrence Jackson rated as your 2002 Heisman sleeper for the MAC (TSN, November 26).

Marshall's Byron Leftwich is the best quarterback that many people have never heard of, and with regular-season numbers such as 3,711 yards, 34 touchdowns and just six interceptions, he should not be a "sleeper" next year, but a finalist.
