Marc Insul, president and chief operating officer of Fidelity National Field Services, has been elected to a two-year stint as leader of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services trade group next year.
As president and COO of Fidelity National Financial's property inspection and preservation division, Mr. Insul has been a part of the mortgage field services industry since 1994, including positions with FHFS's predecessor companies, Universal Mortgage Services and Chicago Title Field Services.
Mr. Insul played a pivotal role in the development of FieldScape, Fidelity's proprietary Website that enables servicers to order field services and access property inspection and preservation data.
In addition to daily oversight of operations and marketing, Mr. Insul is currently involved in making further enhancements to FieldScape, Mr. Insul is currently involved in making further enhancements to FieldScape and expanding the user and application base of RepScape, Fidelity's Web-based communication system with its independent field representatives.
Mr. Insul has been active in a number of NAMFS committees.
"The membership is looking to this organization's leadership to strengthen current government agency communication and to help provide benefits and product discounts through group purchasing power. It's my goal over the next two years to make sure this happens," he said.
In addition, he said he plans to improve communication mechanism with NAMFS members through an updated Website (www.namfs.org) and more frequent electronic communications to facilitate membership feedback.
