The Grizzlies, Bulls and Cavaliers are early candidates to threaten the 76ers' record for fewest victories in a season--nine, in 1972-73--but it takes more than early-season struggles to break the mark. Since '72-73, 33 teams have won fewer than 20 games in a season, but only six have won fewer than 15. It's not easy being lousy.
