A variety of factors suggest we are converging toward a moment of truth in the matter of Iraq and weapons of mass destruction.

There is the matter of some 12,000 pages of Iraqi arms declaration, currently being analyzed by the United Nations and the United States. Then there is the matter of the inspections being carried out in Iraq. And, there is Iraq's call that Washington should offer specifics on its allegations of Iraqi weapons of mass destruction, so that Iraq can respond with specifics.
