SYDNEY, Dec 2 Asia Pulse - Young backpackers from Europe are providing an invaluable asset to the Australian tourism industry as a resilient travel market, according to the Australian Tourist Commission.
The industry body said recent research showed the youth market's attitude to travel had not shifted since the September 11 attacks in the US.
