The long lines at the Kahala Mall job fair last weekend kept Debbie Leong-Yep busy. The human resources manager for Macy's West was unprepared for the huge turnout. Leong-Yep had to set up extra chairs and run off additional copies of the job application form. After the fair concluded, she was still talking to potential employees.
More than 150 seasonal and permanent positions were available with the 20 employers accepting applications and interviewing at the job fair last weekend.
