NEW DELHI, Sept 3 Asia Pulse - Without waiting for the government's verdict on qualification of its bids, Hindujas has withdrawn from the race to grab control of both Air India and Indian Airlines.
"The government is prejudging the issue without even waiting for the Law Ministry's comments on our reply to the show cause notice issued by Department of Disinvestment. We have been treated unjustly and we expect a fairer deal," chairman of Hinduja Group's flagship Company Ashok Leyland R.J. Shahaney told PTI in an interview shortly after pulling out from the race.
