Universal Express, Inc. (OTC:USXP) announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire 75% of Virtual Bellhop, of Chicago. USXP and Virtual Bellhop have agreed on major terms of the proposal for USXP to acquire Virtual Bellhop.
