Charter One Mortgage Corp. has named Michael Stank as senior vice president and business banking manager and Donald Courtney senior vice president, customer service and escrow administration.
The moves are part of a realignment of the company's servicing division, the company said.
In his new position, Mr. Stank will oversee the servicing of business banking loans for Charter One Mortgage and its parent, Charter One Bank, based in Cleveland. These loans include small business real estate loans as well as other secured-term loans, inventory loans and lines of credit for businesses.
Charter One Bank is preparing to transfer the servicing of its business loans that are secured by real estate to Richmond, where it has consolidated its residential mortgage servicing portfolio.
