Buca di Beppo Restaurants and HBA Program Aimed at Educating Teachers About

The Foodservice Industry and Its Opportunities

MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 15 /PRNewswire/ --

Marie S. Granger, from Altha Public School in Altha, Fla., and Nancy Darrington, from Palmer High School in Palmer, Alaska participated in Buca University July 28 to August 2, 2001, in Minneapolis. In cooperation with the Hospitality Business Alliance, Buca di Beppo has established a faculty internship program as part of its internal manager training program, Buca University. The faculty internship program is designed to promote awareness of and education in the field of foodservice management among secondary school teachers. Granger and Darrington were the second group of faculty to complete the week-long program with Buca di Beppo.
