The Legislature's review of the Presidential Office's 2003 budget was once again delayed yesterday because of the absence of Secretary-General of the Presidential Office Chen Shih-meng ('[macron][R]v[c]s), drawing the ire of opposition lawmakers.

"This is disrespectful to the Legislature," said People First Party lawmaker Chin Huei-chu ([macron]'1/4z[macron]]) at the morning session.
