Eastern Cape African National Congress chairman Makhenkesi Stofile on Friday lashed out at people within the organisation who sought to divide it, saying that most of the difficulties faced are "artificial and are caused by personal ambitions". "I characterise divisive tactics in the Eastern Cape as artificial. They are not based on our policies. They are not based on our experience in struggle.
