KOTA KINABALU, Fri. - The low pass rate among Primary Six pupils in the Semporna district has been brought to the attention of Education Minister Tan Sri Musa Mohamad. Semporna Member of Parliament Datuk Shafie Apdal said only 16 per cent of pupils who sat for the Ujian Penilaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR) examination this year passed the examination, compared with 20.9 per cent in 2000 and 21.8 per cent last year.
