[Presenter] A new hydropower plant has been put in operation in Kabarda-Balkaria. It is the republic's largest power plant whose commissioning will result in a threefold increase in power generation in the region. Celebrations were held to mark the ceremony at which the acceptance commission signed the commissioning certificate.
