Yerevan, 16 November: The existing potential for developing Armenian-Canadian relations is not being used to the full extent at the moment, despite the high level and recent intensification of bilateral relations, Armenian President Robert Kocharyan said today in a meeting with visiting Canadian Secretary of State for Central and Eastern Europe and Middle East Gar Knutson.

Kocharyan said: "Armenia is interested in expanding cooperation with Canada and is capable of being its stable and reliable partner in the South Caucasus." He pointed out that the current visit of regional importance by the Canadian state …
