As the gap between baseball's haves and have-nots continues to grow, statistical leaders in almost every major category are capitalizing on yet another edge: the unbalanced schedule. Their credo is simple: Give us your tired, your poor, your humbled pitchers, catchers and infielders, put 'em in our division, then let us play them 19 times a year. It'll be fun--for us, anyway.
