CHINA, November 15, SinoCast -- According to some overseas media, considering the increasing demands from Chinese market, Japanese Accelerant Chemical Inc. decided to build a factory in China to produce SAP. The new factory is scheduled to open in 2004, and the starting annual output is around 20,000 to 30,000 tons.
