A faction of the All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP), under the aegis of "stakeholders of the registered All Peoples Party (APP)," has set up a parallel caretaker committee of the party.
The committee, to be headed by the expelled former national organising secretary, Comrade Pascal Bafyau, is to be inaugurated today, in Abuja.
