Tripoli, Libya, 10 December: Leader of the Libyan Revolution Colonel Mu'ammar al-Qadhafi Tuesday [10 December] received a verbal message from President Husni Mubarak.

The message was conveyed by Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmad Mahir when he was received by Colonel Al-Qadhafi Tuesday.

The message made a review of the current Arab situation and current issues at the Arab and international levels.
