The project to build more than 1,000 houses and residential areas for people living in flood-hit areas in Vietnam must be basically completed in 2003 and fully completed in 2004 to stabilize accommodation for 200,000 local households, said Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dzung during a seminar on the issue held in Ho Chi Minh City on December 9.
